What are we looking for?
As Head of Product Design you will establish the design direction of the firm, and the differents products of the company, lead an amazing multi-disciplinary team of designers, that includes UX and UI, and create impactful product experience for both of our customers and the internal stakeholders.
You will be accountable for:
- Leading and taking responsability for all product designs of the company, establishing all phases of customer-centric product design, including dicovery, research, prototyping, conceptual design, usability testing…
- Setting a design vision on strategic, tactical and operational levels.
- Leading and developing a product designer team.
- Establesing strong relationships with Product and Tech teams, and other cross stakeholders for getting the best user centric product.
- Connect the design leadership to the strategic vision of the company.
What will need you to have?
- At least 4 years of experiencie in leading multi-disciplinary product designers teams.
- Strong experiencie working in technological products in a startup environment.
- Previous experiencie working side by side with Product and Tech Teams.
- Solid experience in Product Design.
- Strong experience in leading and managing a team.
- English is a must

Por eso, nuestras oficinas son open space, nadie tiene despachos, ni los jefes!!, pero tendrás salas de reuniones y boxes para que puedas estar tranquilo si lo necesitas.
